LSAT Unplugged maintains this website and all related content, including coaching programs, digital products, and other services (the “Site”), for use by its customers, students, and visitors (“Users”). Use of this Site and its services indicates acceptance of these Terms of Service and forms a binding agreement between you and LSAT Unplugged. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.
LSAT Unplugged coaching programs are designed to support clients through their originally scheduled LSAT test date. Programs include access to coaching, customized study plans, and related resources intended to help clients reach their target score within that timeframe.
Coaching session frequency and availability may vary based on program design and coach capacity. LSAT Unplugged typically offers structured support aligned with your registered LSAT test date. We do not guarantee session availability on weekends or U.S. federal holidays unless previously arranged.
Clients are expected to attend all scheduled coaching sessions. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. Missed sessions without sufficient notice will result in a $34.99 no-show fee. LSAT Unplugged will wait up to 20 minutes after the scheduled start time, after which the session is considered a no-show.
We aim to respond to all client emails within 48 business hours. After purchase, clients must complete an intake form to be matched with a coach. A coach will then reach out to schedule an onboarding call.
By entering a payment plan, you agree to pay the full amount over the specified schedule. For clients on manual or customized payment plans (outside of third-party BNPL providers such as Klarna), we will automatically charge the card on file according to the agreed schedule.
If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied each month. This late fee accrues monthly and compounds if the balance remains unpaid. Continued nonpayment may result in paused coaching access or termination of this agreement.
If a client pauses their membership, a $34.99 Maintenance Plan Fee will be charged every 4 weeks to retain access to coaching records, materials, and account infrastructure. This is billed as a separate subscription during the pause period.
If a client wishes to reactivate coaching access after more than 30 consecutive days of pause, a $199.99 Reactivation Setup Fee will apply. This covers administrative costs such as plan updates, scheduling, and onboarding refresh.
All purchases are subject to a non-refundable 4.5% processing fee at checkout.
LSAT Unplugged does not offer refunds, except for students who qualify under the terms of our Score Guarantee programs. No refunds are provided for unused access or services. By purchasing, you agree to pay in full and understand that failure to attend or use the service does not exempt you from payment obligations.
All refunds (when applicable) are subject to a 15% processing and administrative fee to cover transaction costs and onboarding/offboarding time.
If you initiate a chargeback for any payment made to LSAT Unplugged, all services will be immediately terminated. No further access will be granted. LSAT Unplugged reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting documentation, including signed agreements and service records.
We are committed to helping you achieve your LSAT goals. Our guarantees provide confidence in our programs and a clear framework for eligibility and benefits. Below are the terms for both the Higher Score Guarantee and the 170+ Score Guarantee.
To qualify, you must be enrolled in an eligible LSAT Unplugged program, including live online courses or 1-on-1 coaching packages. A minimum of 3 months of participation in the program is required for either guarantee. You must complete the program by attending at least 90% of all scheduled live sessions (95% for the 170+ Guarantee), completing all assigned homework, practice questions, and full-length practice exams, and actively engaging with the program to demonstrate consistent effort and participation. Additionally, you must take an official LSAT within 60 days of completing the program and submit an official LSAT score report showing results before and after completing the program.
We guarantee that your LSAT score will improve. If you do not achieve a higher score compared to your most recent official LSAT score or your initial diagnostic test score (if no prior official score exists), you may choose a full refund of your program fee or extended access to live group sessions and prep resources for up to 6 months or until the next LSAT test date, whichever comes first. For students starting with a diagnostic score below 160, we guarantee at least a 10-point improvement.
For students with a starting score of 160 or higher, we guarantee a 170+ score. If you do not achieve a score of 170 or higher and at least a 10-point improvement from your initial diagnostic score, you are eligible to receive a full refund of your program fee or extended access to live group sessions and program resources at no additional cost until you achieve your goal.
Submit official LSAC score reports showing diagnostic and final scores. Provide a record of completed assignments, practice tests, and attendance. For the 170+ Guarantee, submit evidence of scoring 170+ on at least two practice exams.
Guarantees are only applicable to students who meet all attendance, homework, testing, and documentation requirements. Refunds are limited to fees paid for the LSAT Unplugged program and exclude additional costs such as LSAC registration or materials. Guarantees are not transferable to other exams or programs,
If you believe you met the requirements but were deemed ineligible, contact us within 14 days for a review.
Students must demonstrate a good faith effort throughout the program, actively participating in classes, completing assignments, and engaging with provided resources.
Guarantee terms are subject to change. Updates will be posted on the LSAT Unplugged website. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your official LSAT score.
Tutoring programs do not include access to the LSAT Unplugged Course or to LawHub Advantage unless explicitly stated. LSAT content used in our materials is licensed from the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), which does not endorse any test prep provider.
All content on this Site—including videos, PDFs, coaching materials, and proprietary frameworks—is the property of LSAT Unplugged and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
All clients are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all sessions and communications. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
By using this Site, you confirm that you are not an agent or employee of another test prep company and that you are using the services solely for your own LSAT preparation and/or law school admissions process.
Your program is designed to support you through your originally planned LSAT test date. If you reschedule and would like to continue with coaching, a continuation fee of $499.99 applies for each new test date. This covers a revised study plan and continued access to coaching, with the frequency, format, and structure adjusted by LSAT Unplugged to match your updated goals and timeline.
